1. General Policy
- Payments made for services are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
- Refund requests will only be considered if the project has not yet started or no significant work has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment was made due to technical error.
- Services were not delivered as per the agreed project scope (after review and approval).
- The project has not been started within 15 working days of payment without any valid reason.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed projects or services that have been delivered.
- Domain, hosting, SSL certificates, or any third-party service costs.
- Digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.) once they have been launched.
- Customized software or app development once work has commenced.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Customers must email info@nvdigitalhub.com with proof of payment and reason for refund request.
- NV Digital Hub reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims based on this policy.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with services, NV Digital Hub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
